United Family Community (UFC) was founded by Stanley Pernsely, a U.S. Marine veteran with a deep commitment to service and leadership. After dedicating years to serving his country, he saw the struggles many individuals faced in his own community— young adults searching for job opportunities, seniors needing a second chance, and aspiring entrepreneurs struggling to start their businesses.
With the objective to empower individuals through career training, mentorship, entrepreneurship support, and transportation services, UFC was created as a hub of opportunity, education, and community development. Built on the values of discipline, leadership, and service, UFC is more than an organization—it’s a movement for change.
